Are we going fishing? I didn't ask. Since march they have been doing a lot of ground work. Preparing the lock road, getting equipment and material together, rebuilding motors and getting the first cylinder in place. Now they get to do it in a mud hole. There are eight cylinders in the dam; they hope to get five completed this year and finish up next year. The hard part is over, they got started, seven more to go.
